Outside those four areas the client covers airfare, lodging, ground transport and daily expenses at cost. Every package is priced from a $200 hourly rate, and you get the fixed price in writing before anything starts. Listed prices apply to Series A companies; Series B to D and IPO-stage companies may be priced differently.
Questions
Okta or Google: which should we use?
If you already live in Google Workspace and have a handful of apps, Google can act as your single sign-on. Okta makes more sense as you add apps, need automatic account provisioning, or want stronger device and sign-in policies. We decide on the free call.
Will people get locked out during the switch?
Rollout starts with a small pilot group, and each app keeps an admin login that doesn't depend on SSO until everything is confirmed working.
Can you connect more than 5 apps?
Yes. Extra apps are quoted in the written scope at the $200/hr rate.
