Work is done remotely, or onsite in New York City, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and anywhere in the US or worldwide. Outside those four areas the client covers airfare, lodging, ground transport and daily expenses at cost. Every package is priced from a $200 hourly rate, and you get the fixed price in writing before anything starts. Listed prices apply to Series A companies; Series B to D and IPO-stage companies may be priced differently.
Questions
Do you change anything during the audit?
No. The health check is read-only. You get a report of what to fix and in what order, and you can fix it yourself or book a package for us to do it.
What happens to my admin access afterwards?
The temporary admin account is removed at the end of the engagement, and the report notes when it was removed.
What if I book a package afterwards?
The $600 fee is credited toward any package you book within 30 days.
