Privacy notice
Effective October 17, 2026. This notice explains what information Fortis Identity LLC collects through fortis-identity.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, subject, package of interest and message.
- Email. Whatever you include when you write to info@fortis-identity.com.
- Site analytics. Anonymous, aggregated page-view counts. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, scope and deliver work you ask for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services that process it for us
- Vercel hosts this website, provides the cookieless page-view analytics, and runs an invisible bot check (BotID) on contact-form submissions using technical signals from your browser.
- Formspree receives contact-form submissions from our server and forwards them to us by email.
- ImprovMX forwards mail sent to our fortis-identity.com addresses.
- Calendly handles call bookings if you choose to book one; its own privacy policy applies there.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@fortis-identity.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS with a strict content security policy and loads no third-party scripts. If you believe you have found a security issue, please follow the instructions in our security.txt.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
